I does seem more like two communities that crashed together and are now bickering over stupid shit because they are all bored and waiting for the rescue vessel. Which is said to be "coming soon, on a weekend in near future".

It is pretty obvious that you XUO gms do put up with a lot more crap from former XUO players. With reasons such as the fact that you know them and they are ok and aren't usually douchebags, and forgiveness etc. There are tons of posts over the forums where they are defended in that manner.
You need to be more consistent with your moderation and this criticism will go away.
