Chess games shouldn't timeout after 10-13 minutes without a move. This could encourage unscrupulous players to shamefully wait the clock out if they find themselves at a disadvantage; instead of finishing the game with honor. Please remove the time limit or make it so that the person who causes the timeout loses the game. Thanks.

I don't think a check like that is very necessary. If someone is known to timeout if they are about to loose then noone will want to play against him anyway.
