Hey I'm used to using UO Assist this is my first time using Razor. I don't know if its just lag or if its Razor but when I cast it seems like there is a half second delay. Does Razor suck for PvP?

Razor doesn't suck for PvP but injection has a faster response.

It is more laggy than UOassist or injection. However, you can minimise the lag by doing the following:
1) Run in compatibility for XP SP3.
2) Run as admin (and the client too).
3) If you want the counters to work you'll also have to run with Desktop Composition Disabled.
4) On all keys where it is viable (i.e. all except F1, CTRL+V etc.) check the "pass to UO" box in the hotkey tab in Razor.
5) Disable Smart CPU reduction.
It won't be perfect but these may improve performance for you.

Is that still true? I'm running in normal mode and it seems to be showing up. I've modded some Windows core files though to get a customized look/feel to my desktop, so that may be why it's working for me.

Counters work for me without changing anything on Windows 7 Prof.. But i remember having trouble with them running on Windows Vista.

It depends if you're using a translucent program bar I think. They definitely don't work for me without disabling comp. No error, they're just not there (nor is the razor health bar).
