I think it would be a little helpful if you guys added NPC with their titles like

"Bill the Blacksmith"

I don't see the harm in doing that, but you can always double click an NPC to open their paperdoll and their name and profession are written there. Just make sure you're not in warmode when you double click them or they'll probably call the guards on you

Eh, it's always more fun to click them in war mode and watch the ensuing fireworks . You're right though, I think it might be a little goofy to have "Janet the Rogue" or "Bill the Blacksmith." Their titles are clearly labeled on their paperdoll

Plus then I'd have to be "Rabbi the Jew" and I don't like labels

It would take much much longer time to stock items... Saying "<vendor name> the <title> buy" each time you want to buy something is hard lol. Make all vendor names one letter
