Does anyone know the item # for a water trough to put it in a razor macro ?
I can't figure it out.

make a macro, like so.

click bloody aids
wait for target
(click the water trough) Which will come out on the macro as Absolute Target
stop recording
Right click on Absolute Target, and click convert to target by type

should work

Can't you just make one then set the macro to craft last? Or is your macro more complicated than that?
