Why is that in the menu it states that I can make a magic arrow scroll 100% of the time when Ive seen it fail a Bunch that just doesn't make sense. 100% is 100% or isn't ?

Ive slowed down how fast I do it, still fail. Just wondering if this is the way it is supposed to be.

Can't Get the restock crap to work. Not very good / used to razor. so it's basic
