Anyone else having this problem and/or have a solution? I have no idea why they aren't appearing.

This is a common problem with Windows 7 and Vista (also Windows Blinds for XP) and is caused by visual themes. You can set set a program to disable the theme on starting it by right clicking razor and selecting properties. From there click the compatibility tab and check the disable themes box and disable desktop composition. This should make your counter bar show but it makes Windows ugly while its open. If that doesn't work you may need to run in XP sp3 mode and run as administrator checked as well but I don't think its needed.
