I download the Insetup.exe
After I install and run the setup I select the folder I want and get an error message.
0% extracting
can not open file C:\downloads\INSetup.exe as archive
Any idea how I fix this?

Try downloading it again...
I'm also uploading it to another location since it seems Dropbox has some problems sometimes which makes the file corrupt when you download them. I'll get back to you with the link.

I think the Dropbox was timing out as Taran mentioned. I was downloading it from my home computer and it would say like "10 minutes left", then I'd go away for a moment and come back and it would be "finished" and give a "couldn't be opened as an archive" error.
I think that somehow it's getting confused or interrupted while sending. I had it time out exactly once on a file while patching too, so I wonder if Dropbox may be having some sort of network issue recently.
As Taran said, he's uploading it to a second spot so we should have two places to download from soon.

Sorry I forgot to post the link before I went to bed, here it is:
http://194.109.69.212/in/insetup.exe
Eru, maybe you can add a subdomain that points to 194.109.69.212/in/ or just 194.109.69.212 if /in/ doesn't work.

I'd need to do it with rewrites.
I can probably modify
my dropbox rewrite to point to it.
Also, I get 60kbps from XS4all.
Silly international bandwidth issues.

http://in-uo.net/download2
Both of those should work using my dropbox rewrite. Adding a mirror link to the site.
