First off im new to this server and its mechanics, but im not new to UO at all.

I find it strange around the grave yards and Moonglow and Moonglow zoo you cant target any thing. Is there a real reason why we cant?

Fences blocked LoS on Sphere 0.51a, that's the main reason they block LoS here as well.
