I suppose we could just .xmlfind chaosshield and look for one with them as the owner. If they have one (or order shield or neutral shield), then don't sell them a second one. That still fits the "only one per character" rule, and allows for looting.
On a side note, while you're changing the shields, you should change it so that if you're in an order guild and switch to chaos, dclicking or equipping the chaos shield would turn it into an order shield, or neutral shield if you go neutral, etc. That'd give people more freedom in changing guild types without having to have staff change their shields every time.

For that much money people won't be buying 10 for their friends, and even if that was their motive, they could always just transfer fame anyway. It's not like getting Lord is tough

If we add the "u need 10k fame to -activate- the chaos/order shield to use it for your character" then we don't have to limit it to one chaos/order shield / person, so then that won't be necessary tho :] But yes, if we decide to limit it to 1 shield / character then that's a good idea :]

welll lol i dont see the big problum which one of my unamed friends looted a house but just took suppliue items lol i mean im all for gettin free stuff but if u got something noobied why not keep it in ur pack or in the bank via the skill rewards pick axe , spell book chaos shield i mean ull never lose themthat way lol and i uderstand the binding of the players
maybe they should just make it where if u have had a shield equipped and are able to equip a shield the first time that u can equip any other sheild lol not sure but dont see why its a big deal tooo change
