Skill and stat boost - Get a boost in 3 skills, even if you already have a char! Also, everyone gets 100 in each stat.
does this mean we get to choose 3 skills and what % will they be at?

The stats is cause on the beggin if I remember well not sure, we dont started with 100 str/dex/int, so if you log now, you gonna have it boosted.
And the skill is from stone Im pretty sure, even us that also had a char when it was implemented could get the skill boost.
