Well, you have 3 options to skip the logout delay.

1. Kill yourself, when you're a ghost the logoutdelay is 0 seconds
   
2. Go to guarded, insta logout.
   
3. Go to pits, insta logout.

Logging in the pits is allowed? I thought that it was discouraged b/c it can cause lag.

It's allowed, logged out players doesn't cause any lag.

Well that depends where you are, if you are in a custom region where we have set the logout delay to be longer then you won't insta logout. But if you are not in a custom region you should logout within 5 seconds if you are a ghost.
