Really? It's 5? Wow, I always thought it was 2. 1st is crim, second being red. Oh well.

Crim timer stops at 300 orso seconds, depending on your actions.

Personally I think 4 allowed kills, where the 5th turns you red, with an 8 hour decay timer instead of the default 24 is good enough.
