How To Macro Any Skill
#1

I've seen a billion of these posts asking how should I macro a certain skill, so I decided to make a post so everyone understands.

Skill gain is base on repetition so the more you do something the more chance you have in gaining a skill.

Crafts - make the easier, cheapest item that costs the least resources.
eg. blacksmith - daggers
inscription - first circle spells (preferably ones that cost 1 or 2 regs)
alchemy - nightsight potions (not sure if its the least)

Combats - find a partner and spar with them. You both wear Armour and a weak weapon. Also you carry bandages and train healing so you dont die.
eg. swords - cleaver
fencing - dagger
mace - club
parrying - while you are sparring use a bunch of animals to attack you. It can be your horse or even 20 rabbits. Be sure to carry alot of shields and have your macro change them. This can be done by having a macro double click the shield type every 30 seconds. You will gm parry within a day. The more animals or people hitting you the faster you gain.

Magery - Cast first circle spells because they take the least mana. Either magic arrow or night sight if you dont want to hurt yourself and have to heal using bandages.

Resist - Cast a fire field and run through it as many times as you can.

Mining - Mine as many ores as you can, then seperate them into single piles and smelt them one by one. You have a chance to gain skill for each time you smelt.

Magery and healing are two good skills to combine and train at the same time.
Just cast magic arrow on your self and then heal right afterwards.

Note: if you have acces to a house get a water through, so you can wash your bandages, this will help you alot.

Need pots or stangs drop me a PM, i got it all.

Will you GM resist with firefield? My resist stopped arround 40 with firefields..

Btw you should use poison/cure potions for alchemy, you spend less bottles

Nightsight potions are best for alchemy since you can drink them without having to have an effect on you.

On the same note, does anyone find alchemy REALLY slow? i started lastnight at 70.4, made 850 pots and only gained .6 to get to 71.0
