I have tried logging on several servers again

and for some reason now, i take a few steps my char stops moving,
nothing opens, it ques actions etc, but does nothing, it also ques speech, paperdoll wont open? someone help me?

check windows firewall. i had this problem when i reformatted and i after i disabled windows firewall UO worked fine.
