This is an interesting idea wonder if it will pan out? I know I would definitely buy a static dock!

I can see doing that. The price would be the same for statics and you'd need to have a static near where the docks are being added. The docks would follow the same guarded/unguarded rules as statics and we wouldn't put blockers up around the area.

If you think you have a place that fits the description, let me know. Or if you want it to be just a static dock near your area without having ownership of it, let me know where and the size and I'll try to come up with some pricing.
