I usually just leave death as the only penalty unless I think someone has found a way around the anti-macro system. It pretty much guarantees that they won't be AFK farming and sitting there watching your character run around is just silly. I've died *so* many times from falling asleep while watching TV, going to the bathroom, or going to the kitchen to make something to drink, etc. I just come back, go res myself and keep going, but if I *had* really been AFK, I wouldn't have gotten any more materials until I came back, plus my body would have rotted.

There should be no penalty for dying from the anti-macro gump... No matter how many times it happens. Anti-macro gump is doing it's job, don't take it beyond that. I die all the time when I decide to "macro" fishing. There's no way I'm gonna sit there and stare at the screen while fishing for hours.
