Weird, Taran and I tested this quite a bit and it didn't happen once.

Are you fizzling from it?

I was fizzling quite a bit during the first Black Guard encounter. I never saw an auto attack during it but whoever was the Black Guard definitely fizzled a few times casting greater heal after auto-attacking.
