With an elvens speed, if I try to run in and attack someone, I get shot Twice in 2 seconds. Multiply that by three, thats 6 shots in 2 seconds, and I had armor on, and it still dropped me to 20 hp.

I remember on IN you had to have a good 50+ armor for elvens to lose a big effect on you. They seemed to be about as strong as a bow of force, which should do like 15-20 damage per hit with ~30 AR.

Wasn't it already decided that Elvens should be nerfed a bit? They can maintain their speed maybe, but they weren't meant to do this much damage.

I think they are fine. I fought yesterday and the enemy was using an elven bow. I had like 31-32 AR without a shield, and in the mid 40s with a shield, and he was doing about 10-15 damage average per hit. Not a big deal. I think they are fine. They are somewhat overpowering now because a few people GMed bowcrafting and flooded the market with them, but few others could get the armor that is needed to stand up to them. In a couple months when old copper / shadow / full defense armor is pretty common, and armor in the 40s without a shield, and near 60 with a shield is common, it wont be a big deal at all.

Just give it some time.
