Is there a cap on ore types for granite?

I can't seem to get anything over Dwarven, but I admit I have only spent about 6 hours of mining with my pick set to ore and stone.

EDIT: Also, I haven't seen Fire, and possibly some others I haven't really started taking full stock yet.

Aqua, Bloodrock and Dwarven is the furthest u can get ..

That's a shame, would be nice to be able to get granite for all the ore types. For what it's worth QiQi I've found Mytheril too.
