It's not crashes really, it's the connection to the server that messes up at times.
Eru tried to open a support chat with them yesterday, not sure if they replied.

Yeah, I waited for that support chat guy for an hour and he was pretty terrible. He said it was sales support only and that I'd have to open a support ticket, but to open a support ticket, I need to log into the admin area on the site. You know, with Shade's password. -_-
