Help! When I start the game with Razor, mouse and game will be lagged, but mouse very lagged. I can't start to game without razor, game will be freeze on connection stage.

Yes, i'm use other mouse too.

Go to Options in UO, then click the mouse button at the top right of the menu and then check "Run mouse in a separate thread". Restart UO completely (don't just logout) and your mouse shouldn't lag too much anymore.
