Hey i have a friend that is trying to log in. He did download INsetup, extracted it to C:\program files\. Ran IN Patch.exe. it updated 1 time from what i seen and he then got.

C:C:\Program Files\Ultima Online
L:C:\Program Files\Razer\Razer.exe

patched IN, completed

launched and had auto detect also tried doing it directly to c:/program files/ultima online

and then had both the IP connect address as well as game.in-uo.net

also we did go to tools and use client 6.x to see if that works but no luck

the in patch seems of went through because we do see the dragon background and Imagine Nation at the top but when he trys to login it says

"Theres some problem communicating with origin. Please restart ultima online and try again"

also we found out that he gets stuck at "Verifiying Account" when he uses the IP Address(90.231.130.131) to login, but when uses "game.in-uo.net" he gets the origin message above.

I guide him multiple times but still gets this message, any help or suggestions?

just tried to login using injection too and all it did was load a client that isnt like the one that is with INPatcher, had old background with IN at the top, just freezes. Main thing is tho its stopping at verifying account and gets stuck. doesnt get past that at all and tried 3 installs so far on a windows xp system

Is he connecting from your house with the same IP as you? In that case it's blocking him because only 1 account per IP is allowed.
I or Eru will have to create an account for him in that case.

nah not from my house, from his, live like 30 mins away from me, i dont know if you see any connection logs and can tell, name of the acc was the same. anyway, he did at one time have an account long ago so i dont know if that was disable or maybe something else, if you can make it for him that be great

It could be that he already created an account and now when he tries to create a new one it doesn't work.
Tell him to PM or email me the account info for his new one and I can create it for him when I get home from work this evening.
