Probably don't know the shard's back up again. I've been checking the .on during the peak hours and it seems to be going up by a few every day. If you have old players IMs or emails, let them know it's back up, or invite some other friends.

maybe we could send out emails to all registered accounts on forums so that people know its back up, also screenshots on main page of new xtreme monsters or tourny shots or events would be really appeal to players looking for a uo server to play.
