Ive been hunting for the past weekn almost every night now and i only have 68 fame and 98 karma. I hunt monsters that drop Huge amounts of fame and karma but yet it seems like only 1 fame and 1 karma, is this suppose to be like this?

Heh, I noticed this. I hunt at least a few hours a day, and Im still not even "fair" yet! It seems that at this rate of, say, 100 fame / week that we are seeing with our hours of hunting per day, it would take 100 weeks (2 years :eek: ) to get to 10k fame, lol. I remember on IN1, it took about 2-3 weeks of pretty much constant hunting (but in relatively safe or at least predictable dungeons / environments), to get to Lord, without dying. That was hard, and was typically something you only wanted to do once.

I can't imagine this fame and karma gainrate being intentional. Its not a huge deal now, but I suppose this will be looked into?

I think this is being looked into but I can tell you I have killed tons of monsters, including dread lords/dread lord captains, daemons, ogre lords and a few dragons and still have next to no fame/karma. Not like I am losing it from dying either, it is just really really low.

It's a bug.
The monsters give the right amount of fame/karma. You can test this easily. Go to Brit bank, click the karma bong. note your fame/karma. Go kill a singel dragon, then go back and check again (or use the online feature)
You will see your fame/karma raise alot.
Unless, you get to the point around 150-200 in both fame/karma, where your fame/karam will be reset back to 0. It's a loop just going round and round. So untill it's fixed you won't go anywhere in your fame/karam, so don't bother.
