He used to scam people and made them quit on our server. As our playerbase was ~50 I told him that I'd ban him if I cought him doing so again. As IN:X will be a lot bigger I can't really see the problem in this, but the rule will be discussed.

Like whats already been said, if you feel you have to "exploit" people to get where you want to get then do it... but you have to be prepared to face the consequences
