Hmm, I'm not sure but it's working for me and 100 other guys:/ If you get a black screen after you press vote it's cause you can't vote, you've already done it.

I think you are talking about 2 different things. The Top 200 vote link is not working... however the Poll/Voting module is working (Which shard did you come from?).
