I tryed recalling out of my rune book in my bank and ever spot would make me fail. I paged GM Epic and he was lost for a bit to after he killed me twice. We ended up taking a rune out of the book and I was able to recall on it. The I placed it back into my rune book and every thing started working again.

I had 50 of each reg on me. The problem happened again later that night as well. I dont know if maybe my rune book is buged or what. I could have it either in my bank or in my bag and would still fail.

You didn't have some macro running that you forgot to stop? I've wondered a few times why my casts would fizzle seemingly without a reason and I've had some training macro running that I just forgot to stop that screwed it up.

Cast recall out of your spellbook once, then try recalling out of the runebook again. You don't actually have to recall... just cast the spell on yourself or something. It's weird, but that's how I always fix that when it happens.
