Let's establish one thing first... Which auto loot are we talking about? A script that loots items for you or the new game mechanic that if you double click your body you get your items back?

Please be clear if you are referring to auto-looting of mobs or self auto-loot/re-equip and please state your reasoning so if there is a legitimate issue we can take a loot at it.

I'm talking about an injection script being used to auto loot corpses period. Or EUO, or anything. Shouldn't there be a delay in how quickly a body can be looted? It seems a bit ridiculous to die, be cut, and be ressed within about 6 seconds, just to find that the majority if not all of your body has already been ravaged.

to be completely fair if you haven't noticed already there is a you must wait to loot that or perform that action when looting and staff already have implanted things such as 3 piles of gold in 1 body so autoloot kinda gets nulled.
Not to mention if you've died and you got resed in 6 seconds, The way you play I know you have everything in a bag so you think in 6 seconds people won't cut you click your bones and loot your bag :p?

I used to carry around like 10 differently colored bags when I would PVP with friends and I'd let them know which color I had my stuff in, so they'd grab that one when I died (often).
As for the scripts, we have the treasure scrolls that all events should be using, which mitigates the effect since there are like 100+ itemIDs that would need to be added to a script, which makes it a lot slower, and would take ages to create.
As for changing it so that it's impossible to auto-loot stuff like gold that drops on a body, that's pretty much impossible without recoding the client from my understanding. Then, if we did that (assuming we knew how), lots of other stuff in Razor/Injection wouldn't work.
Anyone caught autolooting is jailed now though. The problem is finding out who is auto-looting, which is hard to prove.

cant you like take a video ...cause i swear you can tell when someone is auto looting cause you see the items on screen like flying around really fast..

It does that flying around thing every time anyone loots something. When a boss dies, you've got 4-5 at minimum grabbing stuff as fast as they can and each one causes a little item animation thingy. That does make it look super hectic and the items disappear really quickly.
