To see a list of items all player vendors currently have for sale, visit this page: http://in-uo.net/player-vendors. You can sort, search and see where the vendors are located on a map.
The list is updated every world save (30 mins).

I'm looking forward to seeing how this stabilizes the prices of things.
Like nearly all the ingots at 10g and below are all bought out, which helps to set prices for things instead of having to ask around or look through other vendors.

Do you get a list when you open the page or cancel search? Or nothing at all?

and if you type something and asks to search it says loading then doesnt display anything..

It could be a cache issue from the upgrade.
Could you try clearing your browser's cache of temporary files? For Firefox and Chrome, You can press Ctrl+Shift+Del to bring up the deletion dialog.
