Hi, i just downloaded the IN all in one installer, followed all the instructions and logged in to start playing, no probs there. However, when i place the mouse over any items in game, the properties do not show up. Also, i cannot access npc vendors/trainers with the mouse function etc. any help please?

I think these functions have been disabled to emulate a more classic playstyle. Taran or Eru would have to explain it a little further though, that's just what I think.

Yep, that's a thing that was added in later versions of UO. In the olden days you had to click an item to see it and itemID it to see properties, though you don't really need itemID now.

Use the skill Arms Lore and it will tell you that information plus speed.
