I would really like to have both a paladin and a Ninja character.

Does this shard support those, or am I stuck with choosing only a Warrior, Mage, Blacksmith, or Advanced?

Since we replicate the oldest versions of UO, specifically the way Sphere emulated UO, those classes are disabled. Same with Paladin, Necromancer, Spellweaving, etc.
