I have been crafting some Elven Bows and Arms Lore doesn't show any difference between exceptional crafts and non-exceptionals.

I assume the exceptional ones are better, but how much better?

there's a difference... on the durability, but i dont know how much the durability affects the weapon, also i dont know if exceptional weapons increase the accuracy..
I know for armors when the durability is low it reduces the ar, i assume for weapon that when durability is low it reduces damage or accuracy...

Durability is all. Also strangely the hit sound is different if it's exceptional. Everything else is the exact same.
