The spell is disabled but mage vendors still sell the scrolls.

Edit: Not technically a bug (unless reactive armor should work) but just wanted to let ya'll know so people don't waste their money on the scrolls.

Removed reactive, lock and unlock scrolls from vendors for next restart since they are all disabled spells.

Anyway we could do something with reactive? Take the cheesy damage reduction out but keep the "thorns aura" feel?
