Ok, I did over 20 level 5 tmaps and I averaged the earnings when selling all weapons to vendor and with mobs.
This was the results, from level 5 treasure you get 5k cash, + magic weapons, + magic armors + reagents.
Ok, when selling all items (including reagents) you get average 24k.
You spend like 5k items when doing this tmaps. (EV and Mana pots)

It lefts you with 12k profit by doing a lvl 5tmap. For less than that I wouldnt do a tmap.

Thats my price, you simple accept it or not. You didnt then thats ok, im not interested!
