About the crashes this week - Taran - 02-25-2012
Some of you might have noticed that the server has crashed a few times this week. This is very unfortunate and at first I could not figure out what was wrong since it never created a crashlog which it usually does.
But, I was able to figure out what was wrong. The RunUO team added .NET 4.0 support a while ago that I enabled and it seems to crash because of that. I reverted those changes so we now use .NET 3.5 instead like before, which means these kind of crashes shouldn't happen anymore.
We probably won't hit the 200 online mark this weekend because of the crash today, let's set that as goal for next weekend instead!
I apologize if the crashes caused inconvenience for anyone but like I said, it should be fixed now!
