I don't want to speak for the staff but it's not possible. We all trained our chars from scratch here so it would be really unfair to those people who have put a lot of time/effort into their accounts.

Can't do skill transfers, but you're welcome to start playing from scratch! I'm sure some people would be willing to help you out also. Most of the skills are relatively easy to gain, but they take some time. It's all repetition based, so you can just spam a skill to raise it or craft the lowest-material item. Craft skills are a bit harder though.
