But the priceses are too much...

What he is doing and why the prices soo high... Anyone used him ??

Holy crap. 0_o No idea. That's the first time I've seen one.

Hair stylists must be expensive in Papua though because you can get them for super cheap at the Casino.

Nope. Looks like he does hair styles that could be bought from the vendor and can only dye your hair colors that you could get with a plain dye tub.

Deleted him since he's useless.
