You can. Just have your macro steal an item from the packhorse, then move it back inside. I've been able to successfully get skillgains from that with a stack of items.

Ah! i see now! I was trying to put a stack of items (bottles) in a bag to weigh it down, then steal the bag and it would not let me. I tried just stealing the stack now and it works! Thanks mate!
