I personally think that voting more for the top 100 would also help. and i can even speak for myself and admit that i could use some work at it. i have noticed that we have dropped from the #1 spot to #4. then people will see that our shard's players care enough for our shard that we take the time to actually vote...which therefore i think that folks will wanna join. and when we were at #1 we began to get more new players, and no one can deny that! and it really only takes 10 seconds...
