Make able to use it from backpack ( to fill not to release) but just fill from something that is already on your bank, so people dont use it to mine unstop.

commo deeds are newbied so if someone is dying or trying to get out of something they would just fill the deed which would make everyone use them

I do think it would be a cool idea if commodity deeds could be filled and released while in your house as well as your bank.

I said to fill from bank only.... Did you read that party or you missed it?
So if its on his bank you wasnt going to get it from he anyway.

Yeah make them so they aren't newbied anymore and make them to be filled at a house or in your backpack.

Ryuuku I don't understand what you're asking. You said "Make able to use it from backpack ( to fill not to release) but just fill from something that is already on your bank". That's 2 opposite things here;
-"make it so you can fill it from your backpack"
-"but just fill from your bank"
Then you say "so people dont use it to mine unstop". But if you can fill it from your backpack (which I think you are asking) then people will do that... When they get 100 ingots they'll use a commodity deed that weighs maybe 1 stone instead of the 100 ingots which weigh 10 stones...
The reason I think they can only be used from the bank is because you can't always carry as much as what you're trying to put on the commodity deed. Ex: you have a commodity deed for 50k iron ingots. You can't carry that much in your pack so you have to use it in your bank.
I agree you should be able to "cash it in" if it's in any container not in your pack, like in your house, or on the floor etc. Only work around if you can do it from a chest on the floor is that someone will put a chest on the ground, put the ore in it, then use the commodity deed on the ore and pick it all up. Unless you make it so it's only from your house, which would still be helpful.
