You have to be patient. The posts have to be aproved by certain staff, I dont believe just any GM can approve it.

Elcid, Lunatic, Galens, Nemo, Horacio, Azrael, Calabose, Apollo, Shade.
Just Shade was active but have some days I dont see he around the forums.
