Quick Update - imported_Shade - 05-25-2009
Two things I'd like to let you all know about that have been added in game.
First, new collectible items have been added throughout the world. Some of them may be in plain sight while others are well hidden. You may stumble on these items and notice that you cannot simply pick them up but with a little skill they are actually attainable. The simplest one to be found is located somewhere in Ocllo. There are plenty more to be found and I will be adding to the list as time progresses. They also respawn after some time and currently there is about 25 to be found.
The second thing I would like to let you all know about is a new monster. This monster is rather difficult and I doubt anyone would have much luck soloing it. Due to that fact, it actually has a quite rewarding outcome if it is defeated. Be warned though, the monster can play tricks on your eyes as its name clearly suggests. So gather a group and see if you can take down this rather tricky monster. Oh and one last piece of advice, your normal hunting tactics may not be very effective against something that can change forms. If you wish to give it a shot, start your search in a dungeon that has a lake. Good luck.

Lol, I did some research on that mob and didnt found it. I will take a look in few others dungeons where I think it is.
PS: Shade, there are many areas that we are not using like Prism of Light or the entrance in North Nujelm. Are we going to use those?

Well keep in mind I didn't say it was at the lake, just in a dungeon with one. Though to be more specific, the lake in this dungeon can only be found on a certain level.
As for new areas, they will be added periodically. There was one added just a few weeks ago and I have plans for the next new place but it will be a little while before it gets added.

Yay! Any better clues on what these items are? I thought maybe there would be more info in the events quests section but I'm at a complete lost as to what I'm looking at...
Then again maybe it's not exactly quest or event related but either way I was hoping for some more info

Oh ok, these items are simply drops.Nothing of/about quest in that. Some of them are just in the floor waiting to be picked up and some others are droped by mobs

I can't exactly say where to look for the items since they are all over the world. The majority of them are now actually just sitting out in the open and waiting for someone to spot them. Some may be guarded, some may be in high traffic areas and some may be in areas that nobody ever goes to normally.
As for the monster, while you guys try to figure out where the spawn of it is, I am adding one in Vesper graveyard. This is not its usual location, I would just like to see some players try and take it down

I'd just like to add that I have noticed people run right by these items so be sure to keep an eye out for items that aren't normally attainable. Some are colored, some are named, and some are just plain items that just can't normally be found, like the one in Ocllo for example
