ok this is a serious problem with alot of houses u can buy the house and spend the milions but once u have stuff to put in the house you cant secure the chests/ wooden boxes to make sure no one steals your stuff. the only way is to buy a house with more then 1 door and make sure no one is in before you open second door please fix this problem because i would like to secure things

We do not use secure containers here. Basically we put security measures in the hands of the players.
Of course some people disagree with this, I know, but the fact is if someone was able to get into your house then they should be able to get into a simple box as well.
Keep in mind locking containers work and there are many people who cannot be bothered with training lockpicking.

when you have locked containers they are still openable they are just unmoveable also the items are still able to be taken

Correct paige but you can buy chests that you can lock with keys. try looking up a good crafter guy and he will surely help you.

Look for Rabbi Samild or Skorping. Im sure they will be able to help you
