I feel a bad lag in the shard...
that is worst than the shard down before...
and much more lag than IN-R...
i am almost cannot move....my login with 30 seconds...
is there anything i can do?
or everyone feel laggly?
because i have no lag in IN-R...but now in IN-X...Sad

I haven't had any lag at all. Are you running some sort of firewall that may be interrupting or slowing your network traffic? Open your firewall program and open the port 2593 to see if that fixes it.

hmm...
my firewall didn't block this port.
but i didn't open for it, because it didn't block it.
but after the shard down, i didn't change any setting in my firewall.
and the soft firewall i don't have it....-.-

and i know something about my client.
i tried the christmas verson of client.5.07X that is better.
do you mine to tell me which verson of client are you useing?

5.0.7.1 (Patch 37) is what I get when I start the client.

I also re-installed after XUO came back up since I deleted the game in the down time to free up some space, so I'm patched up to like a week ago, if that matters.

A lot of people also have major spy/adware on their PCs. Good practice is to make sure your computer always stays clean, no matter if you have unexpected lag or notTongue

Good point.

AVG Free Virus Scanner: http://free.grisoft.com
Spybot Search & Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org

^_^ That should fix you up if you have spyware, trojans, rootkits, viruses, etc.

I have chronic lag mainly due to my location and the fact xs4all doesnt have decent connections to Australia.

If by a download cap then yes... its about 80gb a month. Which i rarely come close to nemore.

The problem with the internet here is the subsea fibre connecting us to the rest of the world... we only have so much bandwidth... and the respocne times suck. :doubt:
