Where can i find vendor who sells order / chaos shield??? i couldnt find the vendor in trinsic..

Its inside the casino, double click one of the vendors buy it for 25k and bam the shield is yours.

you can buy as many as you'd like at any time. you need to have had 10k fame at some point in your... life... to wear it, though.

10k Fame to wear it need to be in the appropriate faction and It's noobed so Unless you are using them to decorate. Id Only buy one

You can buy it at any fame, but you can only equip it for the first time if you have 10K fame. Once you have equipped it the first time though, you can equip it any time after since it has been bound to you.

And idea for staff..
May be you can change order shield type, cause i know that game has lots of good shields like oak leaf shield, cause natural shield type is soo banal..
