I just thought it might be a good idea to host a Wiki on the website. That way people (like myself) can look up information on quests, mobs, crafts, etc.

There's not a lot of documentation on how this server works, and a wiki would keep the GMs and admins from having to make pages to show information, since the players would do all the information adding.

I doubt we'd have problems with Wiki vandals since the community is usually pretty close knit from what I've seen.

I think a wiki section that has lots of faqs asked and answered by players is a great idea. Let's get one up so this player can put in a thread Smile.

good idea but isnt this what questions and answers forum is for? you have question you ask, hopefiully you get answer from someone who knows what there talking about..

I think this is a good idea, we could put the history of our two shards and the drama surrounding them in the past and now, also it would be a good info center for everyone, especially people who don't bother with forums.

I have looked under the "About INX" tab, and there's a lot of good info there, but there's still a lot of info I keep wondering about as I'm playing.

If I posted all my questions I'd flood the forum with new posts. Tongue For instance, I didn't know what "Discordance" was, or even if bard skills work on INX. I could look up a skill on a wiki and it could show what it does, whether or not it works, good ways to raise it, sample macros, etc.

I have no idea about how to set up a wiki though.

Well talking that we are at an sphere emulator with some run uo things...

there is a complete guide about everything but... u have to know that some things that are there dont work here.

All bard skills works...
Talking about macros there is a section where some people put some macros you should see them, probably more than one will be useful for u.

If u have questions ask them, but sometimes not everyone knows the answer.

Sindern i know we´ve run past each other on irc but that could be a really good place to get a quick question answered, i only wished there were more people on there. Anyhow i can answer most of your questions apart from pvp related ones so just log on and ask away. Even if im not there atm ill answer as soon as i get back so try not to log out.

Yeah, I usually log on IRC, but lately I've been watching the partyvan IRC. It's usually just 1-3 people in there though.
