Both do not work properly.
Poison does no dmg for about 2 minutes.
Interior decorator tool doesn't do anything.

The interior decorator works just fine. Check Stratics on how to use it properly.

I am not retarded in regards to the interior decorator, I know "how" to use it.
It does not work in my static house would be a better comment.
Can turn things that can be turned, Cannot raise or lower ANYTHING.

It's specific to static housing then. It works just fine in my regular house.
