It might be a global resource-thing, because shooting a bow also uses two arrows instead of one. I tried several bows, normal, magical, elven; and they do it all the same way ( it still counts as one hit, before you all start macroing archery until it gets fixed
)

Good grief! Bows were eating 2 arrows per shot? So that's why my ammo always went down so quickly..

The server needs to restart before changes take effect
