lol, Figured i'd give you guys a cheap way to macro all these skills. The only things you'll need are a lot of bandages and sulfurous ash.

Requirements:
º A lot of SA/Aids in your bank/restock container.
º A spellbook with Magic Arrow in it.
º 100 Mana, if you have less, change the according ifs.
º 100 HP, if you have less, change the according ifs.
º A razor hotkey for Restock Agent 1 set to M. You'll need to specify the amount of reagents you'll take from your secure container. (Agents->Restock 1)
º Razor display bar enabled with Bloodmoss on it. This to have razor be able to count the resources in your backpack. (Razor->Display/Counters->Show this in the UO title bar.)
(Add or enable Sulfurous Ash{sa} on the left table, and enter {sa} in the right table if it's not there.)

What it does:
º Yell guards only if you're attacked. Less spam yay!
º Meditate when mana gets below 10.
º Restock reagents and bandages from the bank/secure.
º Gain Magery/Evaluating Intelligence/Meditation and Resisting Spells.
º Wash bloody bandages.

How to use:
º Open up notepad, save it into the razor/macros directory with a name like, mageryheal_magicarrow.macro

The default installation path for razor is C:\Program Files\Razor

Code:
!Loop

I will not explain every line again, nothing new here. Just used differently!

If you're using a secure for restocking, just retarget! Let me add though, this is by far the cheapest way to macro all these skills. If you're looking for individual skills, resort to my other macros!

No idea what macro I'll make next, suggestions are welcome. Most are pretty self-explanatory though.

Enjoy! Big Grin

but how does it help to gain resisting?

[Razor] Train Magery/Eval/Meditation/Resisting Spells - imported_Darklink - 07-19-2008

Casting magic arrow on yourself should raise resisting magery...

I though afk macroing in a guarded area was illegal? It was on IN1. buy a house.

[Razor] Train Magery/Eval/Meditation/Resisting Spells - imported_Sindern - 07-20-2008

You only gain resist from this macro if you have very low resist. At some point you stop getting gains. If you want to raise resist, the best bet is to walk back and forth in a fire field and bandage yourself.

And macros in guarded areas is legal as far as I know. The downside is that if you macro with a few thousand reagents on you, all it takes is two people with simultaneous flame strikes to kill you. (Since it does more than 50 HP with low resist). Macroing in a less traveled area is best.

Some spells do not work here. They have been taken out. I believe that is one of them. I could be wrong though. Hvant tried that spell

very nice Smile
btw for those who don't know, you don't have to change the ifs since everyone starts with 100/100/100 hp,mana, stamina

let me say "Hi" to all here, I just joined last week after about 2 years without UO.

Now, my question: I understand, that most spells work without regs, while some seem to need batwings. My problem is, that even when I have batwings I cant cast e.g. Blade Spirit, I still get the message, that I lack batwings. So, can anyone help me here?

BTW: I have magery at 100.
